MANDY SCHREUDER - SENIOR COACH

Mandy Schreuder, Senior Coach, helps companies, organisations, teams and individuals with transformation and transition. She intervenes as a coach, workshop facilitator, consultant and trainer in projects where change for “positive impact” is required. 

Dutch and based in Paris since 2009, Mandy works with international companies, associations, NGO’s, business schools (IPAG, ESTP, ESSEC, ISCOM) to facilitate workshops where collective intelligence is the driver (co-development, world-cafés, re-inventing the future), and where the topics of intervention are related to sustainability, diversity & inclusion, leadership. She coaches change makers and executives in career transitions, looking for purpose and to have impact in their (professional) lives. 

Prior to this role, Mandy was an international HR (Principal) consultant in Change related projects for 14 years (MERCER and ORMIT).
